Questions for Limo Appointment

Hi ladies,

I am planning on scheduling some limo apptmts and was wondering what some good questions are to ask them. Do you have any to share?

I asked them questions like the price they gave me if gratuity is included how much of a deposit do i have to leave .I would make sure i see these limos before leaving a deposit.I cant really think of anything but if i do i will let you know.HTH

All great questions.

- Also ask about extra charges.
- Ask if the gratuity is actually a gratituty or if the drivers will 'expect' a tip that day.
- Although they usually tell you, make sure to find out about overtime charges.
- Ask about replacement cars - if the car you book breaks down, if the weather is bad and the vintage car can't get to you, etc.

I have spoken to a few this week. I found out some companies include the gratuity in their package and pay the drivers themselves, and some you have to 'tip' the driver and the package is just for the car & time.
I have found they are really flexible and will negotiate.
Once you get a final price, ask if they give a 10% LIW discount

ask them if the price their giving u includes a limo/car to pick u up at the reception and take u to the hotel [or wherever u r staying the night of ur wedding]

make sure u tell them u want the limo clean & in grest shape & the newest version of the limo

see if you can get a complimentary car to bring you back home after the reception.

is the limo stocked with drinks?
what's the OT charge?
when does OT get charged?
(my limo company gave me a 15 buffer before OT started)
do they provide an aisle runner?
do they have umbrellas if it rains?

if your getting a classic car in summer/winter ask if the heating/AC works
i heard to ask how frequently the cars are serviced
how much extra is OT
what is included in the package
