Questions for phptographers and videographers

I made a list of questions for photographers and videographers to ask while i was looking for one. I thought to post the list here in case someone can benefit from it:

Are your photographs all high resolution? What is the resolution of your camera?
Tell us about your album and printing services. Resolution of prints?
How do you protect against corruption or loss of photo or video?
Will we receive all photos, edited or not, on a disc/ thumb drive?
Will we have all rights to the photographs so we can print them or give them to a third party to create thank you cards or save the dates? Who retains ownership of the photos and video?
What is the turn around time on the photos after the wedding? After the engagement shoot?
Are you good at dealing with family members that don't like photos taken?
What is the resolution of your video?
Will we have the rights to the videos so we can have a third party edit them? Who retains ownership?
What is the glide and slide track?
On the wedding day - when do you think the photo and videographers need to start with us?
How does the reveal/first look work?
If we don't do the reveal/first look and are getting married at night - how will you make sure we still have nice photos?
What is the video turn around time?
What is the trailer turn around time?
Have you ever shot at mt venue before? Do you have some sample photographers from my venue to show to me?
Are all photographers and videographers directly employed by your company?
My venue requires an insurance certificate. Can you provide this?
What happens if it rains?
What if the photographer gets sick?
