Questions - Please give advice

Is anyone using a digital photographer for their wedding pictures? What is good and bad about shooting digital?

And, has anyone purchased wedding insurance? I only know of wedsafe, are there any other companies who offer this? I can't decide if it is worth the money. What do you think?

My photographer took some digital pics but mostly regular pictures. The digital ones were cool because she set up a lap-top computer on the head table at the reception and there was a slide show of all the pix she had taken up to that point, the ceremony, etc. It was really a nice touch!
