questions to ask RH...

Hi Ladies,
We just made our appointment to finalize the menu & linens selection (appt in 2 weeks). It is a bit early but my dad is coming from out of state and he happens to be in NY that week.
My question to you is...what do i need to make sure I ask the RH? is there anything specific you plan to ask? aside from the menu i have no idea what else i need to know?!?!

i will ask them if there is another wedding or event taking place my day and I will request the largest bridal suite.
anything else???

I am asking what types of beer they are serving and if we can bring in cases of my FI's favorites. Im also going to ask about the timeline of the reception , if they can pack up dinner for us since we probably won't have time to eat much. Oh and we are having our ceremony at a church so I want to see how early we can come before to take pictures on the grounds. Other than that I'm not sure , I have been calling and bugging them since we booked with little questions!
