Does anyone know a seamstress that can do alternations quickly??? I have a wedding on the 17th to go to and bought a dress tonight that needs some work. Any suggestios in the Suffolk area?

If its not major alterations, most dry cleaners should be able to do it. I got a few of my longer, formal dresses hemmed at the cleaners, but I never had other types of alterations.

Have you tried Angels Bridal in East Islip? Not sure how quickly they work, but I do know they're sweethearts.

Filomena's in Coram on Rte 112 just north of where it crosses Rte 25 by the Home Depot and nearly across from Friendly's - she has a quick turnaround time. Her number is 631 732 7880... Good luck!
