Quick ? for people who are going to make thier hair curly on the wedding day....
Did your hairdresser use a curling iron or did she use hot rollers? Mine used an iron and at first I did like it but then after a few hours I hated it. I like it to look natural. Not like banana rings.
Maybe you can post a pic too?

Hi Jiffy! It was really nice meeting you at Bridal Elegance the other day!! I had a hair trial a few days ago, and I want natural looking big curls, so my stylist did big rollers and then used a curling iron on them. No Nellie Olson curls for me!! It looked great!! HTH!!

With my hair trial, she used a straight iron and curled it that way......it worked GREAT and the curls stayed in until the following day.....

My first hair trila the girl used curling iron-- they were nice but a little too unnatural looking-- the second hair trial was with the hot curlers and that was much more natural looking-- pics of trial #2 in my album-- #1 hasn't been uploaded yet!

Exactly, my mom is a hairdresser and my mom uses the flat iron to curl my hair. I like it when its loser instead of the ANNE curls.

i must be thick! when i think 'flat iron' thats what we call straighteners, so im confused. does this mean just a regular curling iron as opposed to curlers or something?? sorry if stupid question.

Well, the day I had this done, my hair was completely straight.....I had actually flat ironed it straight that morning. The she used her flat iron to curl my hair. My hair is super thick and curls NEVER stay in with curlers or a curling iron. But this stayed in ALL day long and onto the following day.

Yah, I LOVE doing it now.....i never did it before either....but after I saw what she did, it was so fast and easy, so I do it sometimes in the morning before work

My girl used a curling iron too and I think it was a little unnatural for my taste. I am looking into straight hairstyles now.

I'm not sure I want to go really curly, but I want waves. She originally tried hot rollers, and now she's decided to use regular rollers that we'll just put in my hair when it's wet with all this styling stuff in it...I hope it works! My trouble is my hair holds NADA!
