Kind of. My trial is $65 my day of is $100, I thought that was pricey.

it would be 150 day of --- this girl is amazing, she's done my makeup twice before but now she she does a lot of makeup for tv and bigger clients so she can get away with charging more.
i dont know what to do

yea that does seem really high. i mean if shes someone you really want to use and LOVE her work, then I would say go for it. if you cant see yourself spending that much, maybe you can find someone who does very similar work for a lesser price.

I tentatively scheduled the trial for when I am back in NY.... I'm also considering booking her without the trial because she's done my makeup in the past... I wasn't expecting the trial to be $100!!!![]()

I think I paid $150 for my trial ... but that was for airbrush make up AND for hair. And she spent 4 hours on me!
Day of was $300 for hair and makeup.

It was a last minute recommendation because my original make-up and hair ladies hadn't realized the wedding they were doing the day before was a destination wedding.
