Both entrees sound really good (and although they have weird 'titles', they don't seem to be non-standard types of dishes), but I would have to go for #1, since your guests who eat chicken but not pork will not be able to order #2.

I picked #1. Many people don't eat pork and red meat. So the chicken option is good for them and since #2 has proscuitto it doesn't make it a good alternative to your meat option.
