Quick HELP needed..PLEASE VOTE ON ENTREE

I'm doing my menus and am undecided which of these to choose ( its down to these) ..what do you guys prefer? ( FH IS NO HELP!)

1- Poulet de la Princesse
boneless breast of chicken baked in a sherry wine sauce topped with fresh asparagus spears and melted mozzerela

2-Pollo Rollatini-
boneless breast of chicken stuffed with Parma proscuitto and mozzerella cheese baked in a roasted demi-glaze sauce

or do I make the Watermill give us another choice since we dont really like either ( the two we said no to also was L.I. Duckling and chicken with artichokes)

WILL people eat this stuff or should we ask for something more standard like Chicken Marsala?

Is there a way to do something without cheese? Not everyone may like the mozzarella...or perhaps they can give the guests a choice..with cheese or withou

If not I like choice #1.

I like #1. Proscuitto is pork, right? Maybe if you have a lot of no-pork eaters, take #1.

I go to a restaurant alllll the time that serves a dish very similar to #1 and let me tell you-- it is FABULOUS!

I chose #2 because I absolutely hate asparagus .. asparagus aside .. I still would prefer #2.

I vote for #1. I don't eat red meat, but I do eat chicken, so if you chose #2, I would not choose the chicken, although I like it better than the salmon. I am not a fan of marsala and these two seem like something different than the same old marsala or francese. JMO.
