Quick Invite question...

So I am about to officially seal these babies up .

But before I do, I want your opinion on something that I just thought of.

So we got a 57 passenger coach bus. This is really meant for FH's family that is coming in from Europe (which is a lot of them) so they have transportation the day of since none of them have cars or anything. The bus will only be taking the guests from FIL's house to the church, RH, and then back to FIL's house at the end of the in Queens. I would say we have a nice chunk of people in Queens that may want to use the Coach Bus if it were available. All our other guests who don't live in that area will mostly likely not take the coach bus or jusy stay in the hotel,

My question is: should I include an insert in the Queens people's invites regarding the coach bus and tell them to call me to reserve a seat on it or should I just nix the insert and just let people know by word of mouth? My only issue is I still don't know exactly how many people are coming in from Europe so I don't know exactly how many seats are available and I don't want to have to tell people 'no, there's no room'.

I feel like a lot of people are going to be staying at the hotel anyways but I feel bad not giving them the option to not have to stay at the hotel.

I would probably wait until you got the total count of available seats and then spread the word to your Queens friends and family to fill up seats.

that's what I am thinking. I just sealed all the envelopes that I know for sure are not going to be using the Coach Bus and I left all the Queens invites unsealed.

well we already have a partybus that is meant for the WP but it won't be available going back. I figure if some people don't really want to spend the money on a hotel room at least they have the option of taking the coach bis back to the neighborhood and finding their way home from there.

I'm thinking word of mouth is best since I won't really know how many seats are available until we start getting the RSVPs back.
