Quick! Is this cute or cheesy?

I handmade invites to my halloween party, they're really cute with pumpkins and haunted houses, etc..this is what i want to write on the inside, tell me what you think. THANKS!

What: A Halloween Party!
Who: You and your BOO!
When Oct 30, in the DEAD of night (7pm)
Witch Way?: Doug and Jenn's Haunted Mansion
123 Mulberry Street, Franklin Square
Dungeon Apartment (around the back)

HONESTLY? A little bit of both.
I like the who: you and your BOO part... that was cute...

its cute in a kiddy way... but not TOO cheesy.
