I always get confused at buffets so a menu would be a nice touch, but definitely not necessary.

You certainly don't 'need' to, but I think it's helpful to your guests. It would be a nice touch but it's completely up to your personal preference. ![]()

You may not need to do menus, rather small cards in front of each entree that says what it is. May be less expensive.
