hey. so i know for sure of one guest who cannot come tomorrow...we have our rehearsal at the hall tonight with our BM. i will tell him tonight to take away one chair at that table, but what can we do about the $122 down the drain? i am such a bad negotiater, but is there anything i could say tonight that could get him to give us something extra, or is it too late? i am almost sure that we will have 2 other no shows, but nothings guarenteed. whatcha think?

Check your contract, we had up to 3PM the day of our wedding to cancel, which we had 2 cancellations and got a check in the mail 2 weeks later.
