I would be frustrated and just keep going ahead with shopping as planned with the BM that came....if you found something great, she'll have to deal with it if you choose, or go back another day and look

Don't let her bother you. Go without her if she can't go-it's hard to get eveyone together with busy schedules. She should have been upfront and shot for later than what she thought.
