Even though FH & I are keeping it really small we decided to invite our bosses. FH's boss is married so we are inviting his wife (FH has met her before). My boss is engaged (never met his SO) do I need to invite her as well?

Since they're engaged I'd say yes. Either way, he's your boss so I'd prob invite him with a guest regardless so he didn't feel a little out of place. hth!

Thanks, even if he doesn't bring her he will know other people (there are a few girls I am really close with that are going and 2 others from our office
ETA: I figured that but I wanted to see what others were doing
