FH brought this up tonight....I think I remember the answer but I'm having a blonde moment.
When figuring in your guest list # do you include your vendors?? I know we pay half price for the vendors, but should we go including them on our total # of guests??

no they just charge you half price for them because they don't have to set a place for them the vendors eat else where

Janna, I was told if I don't make my minimum (no chance, but whatever) then the vendors will be used to get me there. IE: my minimum is 100, if 98 actual guests show up I will pay full price for 2 vendors, and 1/2 price for the other vendors.

I just finally put the guest list together, and it's actually more than I thought!!!
We have 98 people so far and I only ordered 100 invites!!! Luckily our min is 75!!
My only consolation is 75% of our guest list are couples!!!
This is not including the vendors, and considering I will only have 2 I think (photographer & DJ), that should count as 1 since they are both half price, correct?)

Are you having a videographer? Does your DJ bring an assistant, or do you have an MC? What about DOC?
I counted my vendors and it comes out like this: 2 photographers, 1 lighting assistant, 1 videographer, 1 DOC, 1 DJ, 1 DJ assistant.

Nothing else right now. Andrew is not budging!!
And it's funny, I did a grand total, and with kids and all, it's 99 people invited. With the 2 vendors equaling 1 plate, we will have exactly 100. (This is providing everyone shows of course!!)
