Quick Question for JT girls

what's your minimum number of guests? Ideally for a summer wedding, either saturday or sunday, assuming the minimum might differ based on the time of year.
I'm trying to prove a point.

depending what room...I am using the whole skylight room so my minimum is 275

for dome i think it might be 150 not 100% sure

also some use half of the skylight room and also around 150 i think

i wrote above...the biggest room is when they open up the whole skylight room...it has a max of 400 and they gave me a min of 275

but in general (i don't know if she had the biggest room, i'm just sure it was way more than 100) on average the lowest minimum is probably around 150?

im a friday in the winter so i really dont help but they told us they could do a minimum of 200 for the dome room on a friday.....we got it down to 175.....they wouldnt let us lower the minimum for that room on a saturday night and i think on a saturday they told us it was a minimum of 225....

but that still will prove my point! that's higher than I expected for the winter. but i have no idea and i'm just assuming that the minimum might be more in the spring/summer. thanks!

250 in the dome room is crowded so theyre crazy if they want 225 minimum...THey told me its 275 max in the dome room which they always tell you a higher number bc theyll just cram ppl in. I went to a wedding there with a bit under 250 and it was crowded.

when we booked we said we wanted that room and we wanted a minimum of 150 - they wanted 200 - we argued on it, saying its a friday in december - their arguement was that the dome room is the most popular room and thats why the minimum is high and they dont like to book it for anything less - i dont know if thats true or not about it being the most popular room but we finally agreed on 175.....hopefully we meet it without going over!

we we first went to JT we told our BM we had no idea how many people we were inviting. We wanted to know room minimums and menu packages and pricing. We guessed and told our BM we would have about 120-160 ppl.

He put us in the Oak Room, we wanted the sky light room. He told us minimum for skylight was 175 with a 175 gaurantee.

He then told us we could have round tables, I asked specifically and when we went into the oak room, which I didnt really like anyway, they had 10 tables out. There wasn't any room left and that monkey was suggesting we put 12 people at a table. 120 ppl?

I have had my ups and downs with JT, in the end they came through like shining white knights.........
but only after I had a melt down to nuclear proportions.

SO AGAIN, it depends on who you ask. As of right now we have a 125 gaurantee in the skylight room, in October

that is crazy my minimum was 150 for a friday when we were getting married in Sept but now that we changed it to Dec our price went up as well as our minimum does this make sense???

SO JUST AN EXAMPLE: say we were paying $100 on a fri in sept now in dec it is $105? Does that make sense it's freaking dec?! And our minimum really went from 150 to 175 and in the same room on a Saturday?! I know it's a day change but the time of year you would think it would be cheaper? Am I getting ripped off?

That does sound odd I'd ask for an explanation especially since December isn't peak season for them. Unless they consider the time around the holidays peak season?

wow i am really mad now because i get married 7 days before you on a sat as well and my min is the same for the smaller room Maybe I should go see if we can change rooms if it is available!?
