Am I correct in thinking that the Royalton provides place cards, printed menus and personalized napkins with the bride and groom's names? The day we signed with Gerard is such a blur now.
Is anyone doing anything special with their place card display? i thought about maybe having each card sit in a holder like the one in my album but it's probably not worth spending the $200 to do it.

I know for sure that place cards and direction cards are included. I don't know about menus. That's a good question! I've actually seen the place cards set up at the Royalton and it looks nice. Not amazing, but nice. I might do place card holders, but only because I can get them wholesale through my job. I haven't priced it out though yet, so I don't know.
Does anyone know if they provide menus?

They will provide place cards and printed napkins, but they do not provide menus. I ended up doing my own menus and place cards. I think they set the placecards up nicely, with votive candles between each rows, but I never really got to see it.

I haven't heard anything about menus. I know they do napkins, directions and give you the escort cards to do. I would think no to the menus.

Ok thanks! The day that we first saw the Royalton it was set up for a wedding and menus were on each place setting. I guess that bride did them herself. They seem easy enough to do. Another fun project for us!

Yes, they supply all of that. Call up Mike or Gerard and they wil help you. We just put the placecards out with no holders and it was fine.

Sorry for the dumb question but for the placecards, do they just give you the cards and you have to print the names and tables on them yourself? Is that easy to do with a regular old computer printer? I'm not too artistic
