Quick Question ****updated****

I am about 1 1/2 weeks late. The only thing holding me back from taking a PT is that I have had MAJOR cramps, and MAJOR low back pain, which usually accompanies my period every month. Before i get myself excited enough to take a test I was just wondering if any of you ladies have ever experienced this?

Suzanne, I had cramping like as if I was getting my period when I was first pregnant. Cramping is a normal symptom, actually...

As soon as I get my cramps its usually with in a day or so my period comes. This is been about a week and a half.. I feel all crampy and like its coming and then nothing..

Suzanne, that's EXACTLY how I felt, and why I didn't test right away. I almost fainted when I saw those 2 lines!!!!!

I think I remember the same feelings, cramping and thinking 'here's AF ' but I was prego..
(I dont wanna say how long I held on to that special EPT, LOL) after a while, was like 'ok, i can throw it out ) has anyone else held on to it, or was I the only nut ??

Get ANY test. Patrick bought the cheapest one he could find (2 for $9.99) and it was accurate. I had my doubts, but I'm sitting here as a human incubator, so... ya know! I say you do it at lunch ~ I can't wait all day!!!

Anna, I threw my stick out without a thought, but my friends were HORRIFIED that I would do that. I felt so guilty that I wanted to dig it out of the garbage, but Patrick wouldn't let me.

I would love to do it at lunch, but if i did, i know i would want to RUN home to tell frank in person, and it would kill me to sit here for a couple of hours..

My SIL still has her stick from when she was pg with my god daughter.. my niece whos 18 used it to play a april fools joke on her boyfriend!! LOL

Take it at lunch, but I warn you if you see the little lines and it is a + you will start to cry and be dying to share the news. Use the weather as an excuse to go home early!

thats what i am afriad of, and i DONT want anyone here to know if it does come back Positive..

I guess ill wait until lunch and see what the weather is like and if its not bad ill run to CVS..

My only dilema is that right now i feel AF coming on, but thats how i felt for a long while now..

I say wait until u get home too. When I was in your shoes, I bought the test at lunchtime and KNEW I didnt want to take the test in the icky bathroom at work.
Get a pkg deal- I took 3 tests cuz 2 had no results! Im the only person that can FAIL to get any results on a pg test!

I still have the test- It may sound gross but I put it into Juliannes scrap book! ( I may take it out later)

I took a photo of my test. The box said the lines can disappear in a few days.

I dont know, i keep going to the bathroom to make sure AF hasnt made an apperance! im soo crampy.. and confused!! URGG!! i may not have a choice but to go on lunch!! LOL., my only dilema is i cant go home cause i was out 2 days last week..
The day is movin slow..

But i just dont have 'the feeling' i know ive never been PG before but, i just dont feel it.. does that sound stupid?

phyl. thats cute that you kept it, i threw it out just recently! (so i had kept it over a year ) I just felt weird keeping it, knowing i had peed on it, LOL !

I still have mine LOL!! I forgot about them (all 3! ) they are in the back of by bedside table drawer I guess I could toss them. It's not like Luke will want them years from now, I'm sure.
I know there are people who save the umbilical stump when it falls off or....the foreskin if they had their son circed. Hopefully I'm not offending anyone who might have done or are considering doing that but.......eeeeeeewwwwwwwwww!!! That's pretty disgusting. I guess the skin has to be in some solution or something, I've never investigated beyond hearing that people do it.
