Quick Questions - Shower Related

OKAY. I am soo supposed to be working again but I had a strange question for you ladies. Then I soo have to be a good girl & finish my work.

I am happily starting to get some bridal shower gifts at my parents house.

But what is the standard with these?

Do you open them now? or wait until the bridal shower? When do you send the thank you? (if you do open it now)
& should you have someone bring those presents to the Bridal shower to open them?

I am just realize how much I do not know about bridal showers..lol

I had anyones gift who was invited to the shower who couldnt attend brought to the shower.

I got some gifts from ppl who werent invited - their gifts i opened myself when they camek

Wait to open it there but some ppl actually dont bring it to the shower so if you dont want to then open now and send a thank you when you want since either way will work for you bc they'll either think you are opening them now or that you waited to open until the shower

Great that is what I will do. Plus I can always be a little bad girl & sneak a peek at the registry if I have no willpower..lol

HAHA Pooooorrrr guy, to be told he looks like a famous athlete that has tons of fans. If only we all had his problems... ROFL

I got a couple to my house from people not attending, I opened right away & sent thank you right away!!

Boys dramatic nooo. never. At least I know I am not the only one with an amusing FH. We will have interesting lives with them.

Thanks ladies for the info. I will probably ask my mom if she doesn't mind to bring them to the shower whenever it is
