I know that in the Westbury Manor contract is stated that you get a wedding coordinator...what exactly is the role of this wedding coordinator and how far along your wedding do you meet with your coordinator. TIA

I imagine that the 'coordinator' is the banquet manager that you initially booked with....ths is the person that is your contact that will answer all your questions along the way....mine is natasha

That's the impression I've got from other WM brides.

the wedding coordinator was a company (i forgot their name) that helped you with everything, but only if you used WM recommended vendors. we met with them, and they offered to set up appts with these vendors, but if we wanted to use outside vendors, we were on our won. you could also order your invites and favors from them.

i don't know who WM is using now, but the place we went to was in carle place, and they're no longer there. it's possible they just moved locations. we met with them, but didn't use any of their services.
