Quick someone talk some sense into me...

I think they are sooo cute. If you really want them, I dont think it would be so bad if you used them as favors. I wouldn't spend that much money on that, BUT if I really LOVED it, I probably would find a way to get it. If you have extra $$$ go ahead ! What the hell !

I feel bad to DIY them I know as brides we take ideas all the time and make them into our own but is it horrible to take her idea???

Those are cute!! But way too much!

how about a cute chocolate mold in a rectangular shape? then you could use a contrasting color to write the names and what not on the chocoale with chocolate....
example my colors are champaigne/ivory and navy blue

i would do maybe a white chocolate with navy writing
or
a dark blue chocolate with the white writing and they can eat the whole thing hmmmm could be a fun idea maybe i'll look into it grrrrr i hate being creative you gotta see me in michaels i can walk in there for hours and pick up something i like and figure out something to do with it

Def. do them yourself!!!! Just think of how proud of yourself you will be??

Take her idea and make it your own..who knows, she might of stole the idea from someone else?

You could bake cookies and do it yourself and it'd cost you $50 or less!

DON'T DO IT!!!

You can always get normal place cards and then put an edible treat on each seat. And that would still be waaaaaaaaaaaay less than $600.

LOL... I'm sure you'll have enough food at your wedding that people won't be hungry enough to eat the place cards.

OMG that is hysterical!!! But $600???!!! For edible save the date's. They won't even have anything to remember the date because they would have eaten it. Don't do it lol
