I much harder than I thought it would be I am using the patch but my cravings are coming in the evening, and DH is leaving for Boston for 1 week tomorrow, I need some support

You can do it!!! You are stronger then some crap wrapped in paper. I know how hard it is, but it is soooooo worth it. You just have to tale it day by day. I swear it gets easier after the first 2 weeks. STAY STRONG!!!!!!

i commend you. although i KNOW i should quit, i don't want to. when the time is right (TTC) i will commit myself 100%. as sick as it sounds, i am petrified of gaining the infamous 10 lbs. one would think i should worry more abut my health then gaining a few lbs, but i'm crazy i guess. i keep telling myself that when the time comes i am going to replace exercise w/ smoking. i also told FH that in order to exercise (won't join gym) that i am going to need a dog to keep me motivated, LOL!!!!

Thanks all. I just finished baking cookies, of which I did not eat even one, cleaned the bathroom for the 3rd time in 2 days, I'm trying to keep myself busy. This is my first attempt at quitting and I REALLY hope I am successful! Thanks again for the motivation!

No, it's work related, although I'm sure if he could get tickets he would jump on it! He'd do anything for the Yanks!
