Goooood morning! Okay, so last night I lay in bed trying to come up with a good question, and then when FH got into bed it came to me!!!!
:? How do you and FH sleep? What position do you prefer? What about him? Did it take awhile to adjust? :?
I have never been good at sleeping while cuddling - I don't like being touched while sleeping. Don't get me wrong - I LOVE cuddling, just not during the actual sleep time. But, surprisingly, FH loves to sleep all wrapped around me (its like the only needy thing he does!) So I've gotten kinda used to it, but also I go to sleep before him 99% of the time, and usually he just curls around me when he gets into bed. It usually doesn't wake me up, and I didn't actually believe he was even doing it at first! But when we DO go to bed at the same time either he wraps around me for a bit and then moves and then comes back, or he just wraps his leg around mine so that we're still touching but not tooo much that I feel suffocated lol. Its really sweet that he's like this because he's not the most touchy feely person!

I usually have to be on my back until right about when i'm falling asleep and then I turn towards him. He is usually on his tummy. We ALWAYS hold hands when we sleep. I know, vomit.

I sleep on my back or my side (either side) - I can't sleep on my stomach at all! Also, I have to have something covering me all the time - even in the summer, even if it's only a sheet. And it needs to cover my feet.
FH sleeps in every position - back, sides, tummy. I have a queen-sized bed; he has a full. We definitely need a queen or king...there's too much fighting in the full-sized bed!

we usually start out spooning lol....but then i like to sleep on my side facing one way and FH likes to sleep on his side facing the other way so after a few minutes of spooning we face opposite directions

He snores. Bad. So I usually turn away from him and put a pillow over my head. At random times during the night, I turn to hit him to make him shut up. Lol FI can sleep in basically any position at any time and fall asleep for 17 hours.

i have insomnia so my sleep is very prescious to me. FH loves to hold me and cuddle me and while i love the concept, it cant happen. No lie, we are getting a california king. I move alot since i cant sleep and i need my space. He hates it, and i feel so bad, but its how it is.
HOWEVER there are rare occasions when the only way i can fall asleep is in his arms...

We sleep on opposite sides of the bed, both on our stomachs. We cannot cuddle at all when we're sleeping!
If FH falls asleep on his back, he snores so loud that I can't sleep. So I always make sure he's on his stomach.

He either sleeps on his back and I have my head on his chest, or I’m on my side and he spoons me or sometimes he's on his side and I spoon him.

Us too!!! but I am all over the place back - side - other side - stomach.

awww this is so cute!!! We don't live together BUT when we do sleep, I am alwayyyyyyys on my left side and he always has his right leg over my right thigh and his right arm always around my stomach.

i always sleep on his right side & that is because we where involved in a car accident a few years ago & i lost part of my sight in my left eye so i can't see very well & i only trust him on my left side.
we both change positions during the night. FH sleeps on his side or back & i sleep on my side, stomach or back.

FH usually can't sleep unless he is facing the outside of the bed...most of the time he'll be facing the outside of the bed and I spoon him (which is a funny sight, since he's a foot taller than I am). Usually after a while I turn over and we end up sleeping facing in opposite directions.
Sometimes he'll spoon me and we'll fall asleep that way...if I've had a bad day, or a bad night and I need some comfort.
He gets out of bed before me in the morning and its a good thing he doesn't try to get back in because I immediately sprawl out onto his side

FH sleeps on his back because he has a bad shoulder and I sleep on my left side facing him but I have to be pretty much on top of him when we are sleeping. I love to cuddle when I am sleeping. We dont live together so after having the last week off with him and now we are both back to work I hate it because he is sooo warm and cuddly and now my bed is freezing.

we love to cuddle. from the 1st moment we slept in the same bed we fit perfectly. we spoon I actually cant fall asleep unless we touch

one of three things that change up during the night as we roll and move around :
1. he sleeps on his back and i sleep on my side with my head on his shoulder 2. we play spoons as my mom calls it 3. just next to each other not touching
eta that the kittens are somewhere in the mix! usually dexter likes to get right in on the spooning and sprawl out next to my tummy or lay on top of me while i'm on my back and smokey moves around

We don't live together, but when either one of us sleeps over....OMG if FH had his way we would be spooning the entire night. But when I sleep alone I love the space I have on my bed, coz I am the type of person that rolls all over the place.
FH has told me I push him out of the bed sometimes with my mighty booty...
We have decided when we get married we are getting a king size bed, but I don't think that will matter much, coz we always get a king size bed while on vacations and I always manage to kick him off the bed.

We start out snuggly.... then we flip over and go back to back.
It was never weird to adjust, from what I can remember.

i loooooove these responses! they make me think of so many things i forgot about. like how FH always sprawls out as soon as I leave in the morning, and when the doggy is on the bed with us he either sleeps at the foot of the bed or in between my feet, but its so funny the days that FH leaves first its like the minute he leaves chewbaby gets up, crawls up the bed and smushes in beside me under my pillow....soo funny! its like he thinks 'oh daddy is gone now i can have free reign of the bed!'
