Goooood morning! Okay, so last night I lay in bed trying to come up with a good question, and then when FH got into bed it came to me!!!!

How do you and FH sleep? What position do you prefer? What about him? Did it take awhile to adjust?

I have never been good at sleeping while cuddling - I don't like being touched while sleeping. Don't get me wrong - I LOVE cuddling, just not during the actual sleep time. But, surprisingly, FH loves to sleep all wrapped around me (its like the only needy thing he does!) So I've gotten kinda used to it, but also I go to sleep before him 99% of the time, and usually he just curls around me when he gets into bed. It usually doesn't wake me up, and I didn't actually believe he was even doing it at first! But when we DO go to bed at the same time either he wraps around me for a bit and then moves and then comes back, or he just wraps his leg around mine so that we're still touching but not tooo much that I feel suffocated lol. Its really sweet that he's like this because he's not the most touchy feely person!

We both fall asleep on stomachs, fight for covers all night (I wake up freezing), and then snuggle in the morning when we wake up and put on the Today show

We always kiss and hug just before we go to sleep but not too much cuddling unless its after sex. He snores too and its extremely loud so I have to wake him up a million times at night to change positions and sometimes its just easier to sleep in the guest room. We are very affectionate towards eachother otherwise.

FH is a cuddler in the extreme. Since it's winter time, I like to fall asleep cuddling, too, but once I'm asleep, I roll away from him. I don't mean to, but I just can't sleep with him all up on me. LOL! So as the night goes on, he keeps moving over to cuddle with me until I'm hanging off the edge of the bed, trying to get away. And the two dogs are lounging on the open half of the bed. ANd in the summer, forget about it, get the hell away from me!

I always sleep to the right of him. We usually cuddle before sleep, and then he rolls over to his side and I spoon him. Or he lays flat and I'm in a nook in his shoulder. We don't usually fall asleep cuddling/holding each other, but sometimes we do. Sometimes we fall asleep holding each other on the couch.

Usually though we cuddle/spoon/hold each other and then roll over to our opposite sides and sleep. Sometimes we sleep holding hands. I loveee him.

I usually have to be on my back until right about when i'm falling asleep and then I turn towards him. He is usually on his tummy. We ALWAYS hold hands when we sleep. I know, vomit.

We like to spoon but we usually separate and stay on our respective sides, facing away from each other. I need my personal space and I freak out if we sleep facing each other bc I hate breathing the same breath

i'm a cuddler... UNTIL bedtime. Then, i dont wanna be touched. I face away from him (even if i sleep on the wrong side of the bed). It definetly didnt take him long to figure that out and hes cool with it too!

we usually start out spooning lol....but then i like to sleep on my side facing one way and FH likes to sleep on his side facing the other way so after a few minutes of spooning we face opposite directions

Thats exactly what we do!

I start on my side, we are usually facing each other, and then we turn our separate ways. It took a while to get used to him because he's a cover stealer.

OMG, me too. I feel like I'm suffocating! I don't like breathing in hot air from other people. It makes me freak out!

i can't be touching him when i'm sleeping. we might cuddle BEFORE we go to sleep and usually in the morning when we wake up (with the doggie!!!) but DURING sleep there is no touching fh was a big cuddler and probably would have loved to sleep wrapped around each other...but at this point, i think we're both just set in our ways and he wouldn't want it the other way. (oh, and he snores RIDICULOUSLY if he's on his back, so i always have to push him over onto his side...luckily he normally is on his side anyway). i always go to sleep on my side, too.

oh boy - this one's a toughie since both of us are very protective of our sleep. I'm a total night person and he's very much a morning person so every night we go through a ritual of going to bed early and then I end up keeping him up until the last possible minute he can go to sleep (11-11:30 pm for a wake up time of 5:45 am).

I am usually the one to want to cuddle but he needs to have his personal space..all the time when sleeping, so he usually ends up at the edge of the bed by morning!!!.. He also goes to sleep on his side and rarely goes on his back, usually on his stomach..Whereas I tend to fall asleep on my side but wake up sleeping on my back..and then I am the one who snores so if it gets really bad he actually pokes me all night until either he gets fed up and goes to the couch or I get up and put out the inflatable bed to sleep on.

Me, I like for him to have his arm around me but this obviously doesn't happen... So I sleep on my side. I can sleep in any position really...

We cuddle whenever possible, but this gets complicated, as follows:

I sleep on the left (when looking at the bed) and FH sleeps on the right. We have two dogs, a big mutt dog and a chihuahua. We each race into bed to get our spot first because whichever spot is still free, the big dog steals the whole spot with the pillow and then it's so hard to drag his massive body back into a more spacious area of the bed. Then, the dogs walk all around us and take up tons of space and usually sprawl across our legs, pinning us down to one area each. Eventually the big dog usually gets up, walks around to behind FH's back, and he is usually facing me, so then there's room between us and I yell 'why aren't you hugging me!!' and he comes in closer. This usually happens at like 4 am. We are so dysfunctional with the sleeping but the minute the big dog learned how to get up on the bed, I can't bring myself to make him get down because he loves it up there, he naps on it all day long.
