we're looking for at least a year out extremely flexible about month just no snow no extreme sun and 150 ppl i'm going to look at stewart manor i would like to stay around 75 max pp thats without ++.. also lookin for a friday night . Thanks

You can get a Friday in March at The Riviera for around that price.

Sans Souci is very reasonable and the man we met with was quite nice. i think it was about 69 pp - You definitely will need to do a lot with decor though as it is a simple/sort of rustic place.
