I was a budget bride also. If you're flexible with day of the week and location, check out Jericho Terrace. Just had my wedding there and could not be happier. Guests are raving about how it was the best wedding they've ever been to. Their winter quotes are REALLY affordable especially if you're willing to do a thurs or fri.

Hi all! Thanks for the suggestions. I've narrowed it down to three choices.. All around 60pp++ which is where I am comfortable, however I'm not in love with any of the three so we are still looking. We started looking in Nassau even though to me it's not ideal. @amg I LOVED Giorgios and two of my cousins got married there and couldn't be happier. You are def in good hands! It's just still too pricey for me :(
