Does anyone know of a Rabbi they can suggest? Also- Does anyone know what is the average cost for them to perform the ceremony? I got quoted $1200 and that seemed kind of high to me

I am getting married by a cantor and a rabbi and together they are $1,400.

Wow that is kinda steep for just a Rabbi.. I'd really recommend my Rabbi but I know that he's doing FH and I a favor on the price he's charging us since we're members of the congregation where he's head Rabbi of.

I used Rabbi Alan Stein FM and I will send you the price. He was terrific. Made my ceremony very personal.

I used cantor jeffrey forman. He was 500 I think...FM me for info if u need it.

We've called a bunch of rabbis/cantors and I think it was about $400-600 for most. This is the FH's job, so I'm not precisely sure. He's currently sleeping after working a 30 hour shift and no matter what I do I cannot wake him. Hopefully I'll get an answer when he wakes up!

I sorta woke him for a few seconds and he said $600-$700. These were mostly people who didn't necessarily have a congregation though.
And I should be more sympathetic...but I'm a bad fiance.

Mine's charging $600. FM me if you want his information. He's a cantor who comes with a rabbi and a musician for the ceremony.
