raffia for ribbon

so i think for favors we will do the 3pc guylian belgium chocolate seashells (found them on chocolat.com for $180 for 96 pcks)http://www.chocolat.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=513&strVarSel=&strCompare=

i found cute sanddollar favor tags on the knot's website http://weddingshop.theknot.com/weddingwarehouse/ProductPage.aspx?pId=P434&scId=Favor%20Tags

now my idea is to put the tag on with raffia. i have no clue how much of it to buy!!! i found it on papermart's website http://www.papermart.com/templates/44-1-10.htm has anyone worked with raffia before? but i dont know how much i should order, anyone have a clue? thanks, lacey

I don't know the answer to your question, other to say you can go one roll of raffia at Michael's or AC Moore, and then you can figure out how much you'll need for your purposes and order it in bulk from papermart.com (I've used them... they're GREAT!).

Also... I LOVE the tags! I just added them to my favorites because they'll be PERFECT for my favors! I'm making clear, glass Christmas ornaments filled with sand and shells, and I would LOVE to have those labels on them! Thanks for sharing!
