Shop right usually has it I think dunkin haines makes it or betty crocker
It is very hard to find I know. It is soooooooooo yummy good luck

pilsbury (sp??) is my all time favorite rainbow chip icing! It is fantastic! That paired with funfetti cake is my all time fav cake!!
