Where can I get the good almond paste and extract?

i have found mccormicks for the extract to be the best. but the almond paste you may have to go to a specialy store.

any supermarket. you can also use marzipan but almond paste has more almond in it so i usually use that. All should be in the baking aisle - as long as the almond paste is soft you are good to go

I always buy the almond paste from stop and shop its in the baking aisle.. its about $6 for the tube and I use mccormick almond extract

Stop and shop always has the almond paste in the tubes. I prefer those. Check the expiration date on them, as the almond paste dries out if it's been sitting on the shelf too long.

i just got a good almond paste from waldbaums....I made my rainbow cookies yesterday, im so exicted i LOVE rainbow cookies
