When I was picking a wedding date, I was looking at the calender and trying to pick a cool date like this but it was not working for me, all the cool dates were in the middle of the week.
ETA: actually 06/05/04 would be a good date (I just looked on the calender)

04-04-04 is a cool date too. It is a Sunday so it is possible for a wedding! My first day at my job was 03-03-03!
