Random acts of kindness!!!

I must share with you ladies -

tonight, I did NOT want to go to school - I'm exhausted, worn out, mind on the wedding, plus everything I'll have to do AFTER the wedding, and I'm like blah tonight...

But I drag myself to class, get thru it, and after class, an older woman who I'm friendly with in class (not 'friends' per se - but we have been in classes for almost a year now, and we chat...)

she knew that I'm getting married this Saturday, and also knows I'm going to Thailand for our HM because I practice Buddhism...

She hands me a card, and wishes me good luck, congrats, etc - I was so touched - told her you didn't have to do this, etc...

then I opened it up, and saw there was a gift certificate from this store in Northport called 'The Essence' - sort of a new agey type of store- I said 'How did you know this was my favorite store???'

she said - I didn't, I just know you practice Buddhism...

So I open it up - and it's for $100.00!!!!

I almost fell over in shock!!!

HOW beautiful was that? I cried and must have hugged her 10 times!!!

thats so sweet. these moments unortunately don't happen often enough, so when they do they mean so much more....congrats by the way!!!!

That is wonderful!!! You should pay it forward, do something nice for someone else. If we all did this, imagine how nice our world would be.
