i have to wash mine every single morning. My hair is so oily i wash first with biolage shampoo then i used DAWN dish soap, my hairdresser could not believe how oily my hair was and recommended i use it. It definately helps and i never ever use conditioner. My sister on the other hand can go almost a week without washing and her hair looks amazing and clean. We are so opposite when it comes to hair. I know alot of you think its nuts to use dawn but its the only thing that cuts the grease, i tried all the residue removing shampoos and they did nothing. Sometimes if i am going out for a special nite, when i get home i will rewash it again. so there have been many times i wash it 2 times, in a day. i also wash it twice in the shower

I wash it every other day but condition it every day
