I drink about 6-8 poland spring sports bottles a day.....and my doctor says i should drink more water to loose weight!!!!! Can't you drown if you drink too much water?
If you have too much water your can throw off you electrolyte balances which can be fatal. It was also in the news that a radia station had a contest of who could drink the most water without peeing. A nurse called in a said that's dangerous someone could die and the station didn't listen. One lade did die.

Tonight I'm going to try on my bm dress for my fsil wedding. I'm really not looking forward to going. They measured me wrong the first time, and when I went originallt to try the dress on, it was way too small. Like a couple inches short everywhere!!! I was mortified! they let out all the seams, and I have to go try it on tonight....i hope I can get it on. If not they have to order Panels to put into the dress. How sad does that make me?!!?!?!

The Last Unicorn! I used to love that movie! But when I was little and saw it in the movie theater, I got so scared by that big fire, I had to hide under my seat. I've seen that movie 10 times since, and every time, I closed my eyes during the 'scary part'. I haven't thought about that in almost 20 years! Wow!

that is so weird, i was just looking this up on the internet b/c i had a patient with the diagnosis hyponatremia. that is what it is! random!
