Why does everyone have a picture next to them when they chat except for me? I've been clicking on everything to try and figure this out the last few weeks! haha..i am so technologically impaired! Someone help!
aw! If you go into your acct. then your can upload a pic for your default...let me know if it works
Go to Account, My Account, scroll down to the bottom and look for 'new chat avatar'.
go to account, then go to profile, you will see towards the bottom theres chat avatar with a browse button next to it and profile avatar with the browse button next to it. Go to chat avatar click on browse and it will bring you to your documents, then pick whatever pic you want from your documents, click on it and it will automatically go into the box next to it and then on the bottom of account profile click submit
