Random rant

I try to help as many brides as possible, because I truly love to help out when I can. But it becomes a bit frustrating when you pour all your effort into writing a FM and you dont get so much as a thanks. It makes me not want to respond at all. Ladies lets help each other out and be courteous to each other. :hug

Diva I know exactly what you mean and how you feel! I too love helping (heck, that's the only reason I'm still around) and it's disheartening when you don't get so much as a 'thanks'.

BUT don't let one bad apple spoil it for all! Your divalicious ideas are wonderful and your resourcefulness is needed...I am sure most of them do say thanks...to the ones that have horrible manners...oh well!

I agree! I always let a bride know how helpful she is to me. I even keep her up-to-date on things...I know I would like the same in return.

It's so funny since I was just 'talking' about this today with another bride

A 'thank you' would be so nice after all the time and effort. I've stopped responding as much because of this issue.....and I used to post like 20 times a day on random things I learned. I sent a LONG FM last week in response to some mortgage info and did I get a 'Thanks' or even a - nope, nothing!!!!! And I gave out a contact name and number to help with financing too!!!

hmmm - maybe give her a bit of a chance. Sometimes I wait a bit to reply. I like to think about what I'm going to say (believe it or not ) So sometimes I wait to reply. Maybe thats it diva
