ETA: Just wondering cause FH are now deciding if we want to buy a house now or wait for the other house issue to be resolved and live in an apartment/townhouse.

We live in a small 2 bedroom. But I'm trying to convince DH to move to Florida sometime next year. It's cheaper and I have lots of family down there, so we probably wouldn't have to pay daycare bills for the kids.

I currently live at home with the rents FH lives on his own and we are currently in the process of buying our home.
