So I'm buying antique crystal pieces from Ebay to use at my reception.... I get delivered to me 2 SHATTERED candlesticks,,,, SHATTERED!!!!

The seller refuses to refund my money... says I should have bought the extra insurance . The fact of the matter is he packed it like CRAP! and still gets to keep my money?? I'm soooo pissed now I could spit!!!!!!!!!

That's ridiculous. I'm so sorry. Is there no way you can complain to ebay about him and get your money? I've only bought from ebay once so I don't know all the rules about this stuff.

yea I gave the bad review... I guess I could complain to Ebay... don't know if I have any legs to stand on though. I could try it.

Did you use PayPal? I think you get some extra protection if you pay that way.

I'm sorry to hear that your candlesticks arrived in pieces. Such a shame.
