Rant or Raves for Elite Club Band?

Hi,

I just saw Elite Club Band at the North Ritz. It is my first band. What did you think of them? Any other recs?

I recommend renogade but that is who I booked & I saw ALOT of bands at least 10. It really depends what you are looking for. You can check them out on liparamount.com. The company has 2 other bands that are suppose to be really good as well. Good luck I found this to be the more annoying & stressful part of planning.

I've never seen Elite CLub Band. We booked Full House, they're great. www.fullhousemusic.com

I agree, very annoying and stressful part of planning, make sure you se alot of bands out there, and see them live, before making a decision.

Sorry no info on Elite Club Band. Did you like them? I had Niteflight-they do showcases too.

We had Elite Club for our wedding and they were great! We got a lot of compliments on the music at our wedding and everyone was up dancing.

A few tips though:

Def. negotiate their initial price

Call the week before your wedding to make sure they gave your song requests to the band and they will play the songs at your wedding - on the day of our wedding the band manager called to say that the band wasn't going to perform our wedding song - they were going to play it from a CD - it worked out fine, but i wasn't too happy about getting that phone call that morning.

Otherwise they really were great and they are NRC vendors which means you don't have to pay for their dinners which is a BIG +!!

I booked them for wedding next Saturday...(4/30). I will post a review after the day.

Also, I was under the impression that they don't eat, no matter where they are playing- per the 'owner'....

They are reasonably priced as well...
