we LOVE Raphael, and almost had our wedding reception there.

the place is beautifu!! they will only allow you to have their wines at the reception. no beer or hard liquor. my feeling is that if you are at a winery, that would be OK.

have you tried Vineyard Caterers? they don't have any restrictions on alcohol

good luck

I've never been to a wedding there, but a family member of FH's works there and we have gone out a few times and it's gorgeous! good luck to you!

Thats not true, because I have been to 2 weddings and you can have beer, I do not remember the liquor, but you can have beer. It is really pretty and the CH food is amazing, to be honest I was not a big fan of the dinner very salty but i think they have 2 caters that you get to chose from. The seafood boat is amazing, the big cheese block is excellent.

I went to one in November and then one in May. I would definetly get married outside, if you are not getting married at a church definetly prettier than inside. The room for the CH is huge and its a great room, the reception room is a also nice. I think that you need to decorate it to liven it up abit. Its very romantic being there and getting married there. You have not seen it yet? Check it out, its pricey. I think the site fee is 6500 or was that for May and 125 pp

We called Raphael's when we got engaged. They told me that they have a $10,000 site fee plus $150 pp for a summer wedding. We could not afford it so we are getting married at Vineyard Caterers. Good Luck

The wedding I went to at Raphaels was during the summer and it was great. I think the room for the reception has so much charm that you really dont have to do too much, the tables had small, low arrangements and it looked beautiful. The wedding I went to had about 125 people at it and the dance floor was very comfortable. The room doesnt look like it can fit too many more peole than that without it being crowded.
