R&B/reggae fans...help

A few years ago there was an R&B song, I think it was called When I'm With You, went like this:

when I'm with you people just stop and stare and smile at us, when I'm with you the sun shines my way.....

I know there was also a reggae remake to it....

who sings the original song?? I would love to have that played at our wedding

It's called, 'With You' by Tony Terry
