Re: rd

i invited my bp and their dates, and we also had a big bp, about 22 ppl. But some were married so felt i had to invite them, and then couldnt pick which one gets to invite their SO or not. BUT we had some bp members who were single so even though we had a big bp not everyone had someone to bring so wasnt as bad

also, the day of our rd not everyone's SO was able to attend bc of work or some other reason. Most came but just a few couldnt and also with some single ones wasnt as bad

I will only invite those who are married or have been together a while... most of my BP is single so it wont be too bad

we invited our readers, but the readers we picked are extremely close to our family so honestly we would've invited them regardless. We didnt have someone we know sing

also invited rb and fg parents...however our rb's father was also in our bp so him and his wife would've been there regardless

Probably their dates.

I'm still up in the air about who to invite/not to invite but I know that in the end I will end up inviting everyone bc I'll feel bad. Our RD will be on a Thursday night so most likely some people won't be able to make it.

We are inviting our bp with dates, because not everyone in my bp is friends, My readers (which are close friends or in the BP) and I was told that you are supposed to invite out of town guests and we have a bunch of people coming from florida.

I am inviting everyone involved in the wedding ceremony (readers and people bringing up gifts) with their significant others and my ring bearers parents and sister. I have about 40 people.

We are inviting the BP with their dates (they're all married, but two) and we have no readers, etc., yet . . . but they would be invited too, because they have to attend the rehearsal. Beyond that, the immediate families and grandparents.

We have LOTS of out of towners, but they all get to come up to NY on Friday late day or evening, so we're thinking it's actually easier for them if there is NOT another event for them to attend that night. In the past, we've had to leave earlier than planned to make RD's that included out of towners, and really, not necessary . . . . it's supposed to be a smaller party for those directly involved with the nuptials. A good rule of thumb is anyone IN the wedding or anyone getting a corsage/boutonniere . . . .
