My favorite restaurant ever, Lomonacos, closed down...

I want to give FMIL some suggestions.

mmm try long island bar and grille! we had fmil's surprise 50th there and it was delicious! prices were good. theres also anthonys, but they are pricey. ~lacey

I don't know if they would have the room, but check Sun Dried Tomatoes. The food is awesome. I think it's in Smithtown. They may have expanded???

We had my mom's 50th bday party at J& R's steakhouse on 347. It was really good there but the room isn't the largest. I think we had about 40 people.

Love The Long Island Grill on Portion Rd. It does not look like much from outside but the inside is really nice and has a great atmosphere. Food is awesome too.

The food is SO amazing @ Sun Dried. I want to take FH there.

Oh, and JR's is great too. You will have to get the Filet butterflied marinated.

I may be having mine there.....food is really yummy.....they have a private room it holds 50 ppl....the price is the best part only $18.95

Their prices range about $25-$30 pp
