RD invites...Need help

I am making them for my brother and FSIL. Now for mine everyone that was invited to the RD was involved in the wedding. For their wedding they have lots of OOT guests that are not necessarily involved in the ceremony.

1. Did you invite all of the OOT guests to the church before the dinner
2. What do you write on the invite if the OOT guests were not invited to the church

We had a lot OOT guests (mainly our guests from Ireland) at our RD. Honestly, we just told them where and when to show up for the dinner. Most of them arrived that day and it was just word of mouth....

Everyone else involved in the wedding got an invite...

I think you could probably just do word of mouth OR just make two separate invites... one with the rehearsal and dinner info. and one with just the dinner info...

People not involved in the ceremony don't need to be at the church. Just invite them to the dinner.

The invites themselves should be to the wedding. You can tell them about the church meeting beforehand by word of mouth, or with an insert to the invitation for those who need to go to the rehearsal. (We did the latter)
