RD loc in Bay Shore/Islip area- Questions are Reviews please

Made a list of places I want to contact for the RD. I personally haven't been to any of these places, so I was wondering if any of you lovely ladies have,

Villa Monaco
^ I've never been there, but FH swears he and I went and hated it... but I know I've never been there
La Grange Inn
^ one of my mothers customers owned it until she passed away, I've heard its changed a lot.
Tellers
^ head all good reviews, but I don't eat fish and I hear its REALLY pricey.
Verace

Irish Coffee Pub

Shandon Court

Tula Kitchen
^ not really sure what it is, but it looks cool
Tullalahs

And I really wanted it at Nico's (the Gatsby) but FH said he read really horrible reviews (though I've searched and can't find any)

Of those you listed I would definitely go with the Irish Coffee Pub! JMO

Haven't been to them all but a few..

Villa Monaco- is a good place. Went there for a few function from what I can remember food was good.

Teller's- Good food but VERY expensive.

Irish Coffee Pub- personally never been there by my brother has his company holiday party there every year. He likes it a lot.

the Riverview in Oakdale isn't far from where you're looking. I almost chose this place for our RD--- love it, love that it's on the water, it was just redone and is called 'The View' now. Def worth checking out. I think it was $32 pp + $12 or 14 pp for unlimited wine & beer. (we went with Mirabelle at the Three Villiage Inn last minute because theiur menu is 'different' and very non-traditional.)

Gina (GR2010) had her bridal shower at the Irish Coffee Pub and it was beautiful. The food was excellent as well!

we've had a few events there as well...
we both come friend big families, so we're trying to go somewhere that nobody's been to.

Im that area too...

Tellers is good but very expensive.

Irish Coffee Pub is DELICIOUS and so so pretty.

Shandon Ct will probably be very reasonably priced. I have never been impressed with their food (mediocre at best!).

And I actually know the owners of Tullulah's! It's amazing!!!!

What is your price range?

La Grange has changed but the food is yummy.

Irish Coffee Pub is soooo yummy but a little pricy

Tellers extremely pricy and I dont think they do RDs

Shandon Court - wonderful, the staff is phenomenal, but again slightly pricy.

Tula is all organic

I live in Bay Shore and called all around for prices so let me know what you are looking for.

Also look into Milk and Sugar, they just opened a small room across the street for showers, rds, etc

Also depending how many people you are having look at Beachtree Cafe on Main St

Oh and Nicos is no more, place is all boarded up, place was family style Italian before it closed.

I had my bridal shower at Irish Coffee Pub. Its awesome. They have several rooms of varying sizes, so your party has privacy. The service is wonderful.
Its not the cheapest place, but no one was disappointed at my shower. And I think for the quality of the food you get, and all you get, its reasonable.

Also, we had 2 or 3 no shows (but rsvp-ed yes), and the place did not charge my mom for them. That we really liked.
