RD Locations near East Rockaway/ Lynbrook/ RVC/ Oceanside?

Anyone know of a good restaurant close to St. Raymond's Church in East Rockaway?

And around how much are you paying per person if you don't mind?

I think Paddy McGee's is considered Long Beach or Island Park actually.......in RVC- I LOVE Dodici's!!! I don't know if they're expensive for a RD, but their food is sooooooo good!! that's where FH & I went for dinner the night we started dating!!

i got married at st raymonds and had my RD at Gallery 4 italian restaurant on broadway in lynbrook. it was excellent and only about $18pp INCLUDING wine, appetizers, salad, pasta, coffee and main course. there was so much food. even though it's not a 'traditional' place, i didn't care because we got so much food for the money and everyone was happy.

everywhere else i looked was about $40pp or higher plus tax and tip.

I highly recommend Cielo Restaurante on Sunrise HW is RVC. I had my engagement party there and they did a fabulous job. My dad knows the owners, so we got a decent deal, but the food is awesome there, and it has an old world traditional setting. LOVE IT.

Sorry to crash ladies, but I grew up in Lynbrook so I figured Id throw in my 2 cents. If your RD isnt going to be too big, definitely check out the Broadway Beanery in Lynbrook. The food there is great and the price isnt too bad either. The decor is beautiful too. If you want something a little more low key, there is a Charlie Browns on Scranton that has a private room. We had my grandparents 50th anniversary there. Plus my uncle is the VP for Charlie Browns, so I might be able to hook you up there. Gallery Four is definitely delicous too. I used to eat lunch there every day in HS. The people there are the BEST!!

Broadway beanary is where my shower was! The food was outta control and the service was awesome too! We definaly put this at the top of our list!
