So much nonsense going on with RD....FMIL 'wants to pay' - but is not picking good places - she wants a Chinese Buffet place....REALLY?????????? No way I say....She lives in Queens - FFIL in Freeport - my family and BM's are in suffolk - Most GM's are in Queens/Brooklyn/Nassau County....We need somewhere reasonably priced in between....any thoughts? TIA
I have heard that Johnathan's is priced pretty fair. Its in Garden City, I went to a shower there, it was nice!

Ummm would love but F'ing FMIL doesn't drive and it's too far...there's one in Seaford - but I don't think would be in budget...plus I don't think they have a 'party room'....I found a very reasonable place - Orlandos on middle country (25) in St. James - VERY good price for 4 course plus wine and soda included 32 aperson...but FH says too far - and it would only be fair to my family....

My shower was ay EB Eliots in Freeport and the service was absolutely amazing and so was the food. It is so pretty on the Nautical Mile too

We haven't booked yet...but the best place I found so far is a place called Gino's in Williston Park. Half of it is a pizzeria, but the other half is a private room and they cater. You can do a sit down option or a buffet option. it is a decent size space with it's own bathroom. Someone else on here recommended it to me!
