Stress just started to hit. I am getting married at a catholic church. how long does the rehearsal take with the priest how much time should i allow between the dinner and rehersal thanks

Ask your church...But I believe it takes about an hour.

it depends on where your church & restaurant is.
my rehearsal is this Thursday at 7. Priest said it should take about 20-30 minutes at the most.
My RD is at 8.

Anyone else, my priest is cute, but like 100 years old we went there to drop off forms and it took 1 and a half hours, b/c he wouldn't let us leave with out trying fish he had made..... i hope it doesn't go on too long

it depends on if you are having a mass - more to go over. My sisters last year the rehearsal took about one hour.

I've heard it depends on mass or ceremony. For a mass it's about 45 minutes, a ceremony about 30 minutes. Our rehersal is at 7:15, we are having a ceremony, RD is booked at 8:30. We figured if the church is not on time and if people start talking after we may not get to the dinner until 8:15-8:30.
