RD spots near Oyster Bay????

My wedding is in Oyster Bay...and i cant find a place that has a private room for the RD! There is 1 italian/steakhouse place there that i am thinking about but i feel like its kinda $$$$! I know its the area...but even the outskirts id be ok with. But I dont want it to far away b/c I have the 'WHAT IF' factors...winter bride=bad weather....

any ideas??

Milleridge Inn? Or maybe the restaurant at Fox Hollow? Maybe they'll cut you a deal since your having your reception at the Watermill.

I'm not sure if it's still there but, the Homestead in Oyster Bay had pretty good food and I believe it had a private room.

Canterbury Ales (not sure about private room), Wild Honey (soooo yummy... not sure about private room), Il Piato (sooooo good... I think they're reasonable! and they definitely have a private room that's very nice!), Mim's in Syosset, Christiano's in Syosset, Sagamore Steak House in Syosset, Rothman's Steak House in East Norwich, or any place in Hicksville, Cold Spring Harbor or Huntington... they're all right around Oyster Bay. There's a restaurant in Cold Spring Harbor overlooking the water... never been there, but it's a nice location. It would just be a short drive east on 25A right over the Nassau/Suffolk border. Then 5 minutes east of that is Huntington (Blue Honu, Mexican restaurants.. TON of restaurants). Good luck!

we are having ours at steve's pier in bayville, that is only a few minutes away and the price is reasonable.

What about Wall's Wharf in Bayville? I had my shower there and they were great.

thanks girls...Il Piato is who i was talking about...they used to be homestead but were bought over....yes they have a private room thats why i was thinking them,
Wild honey doesnt have the room but they look so cute! i love how its set up...so i want to check it out!
